For years, “The Landing” has been an integral part of the Bemus Point community. Historically, it was most well known for the famous floating stage and the Bemus Bay Pops. It has always been the place to be, especially during sunset in the summertime.

The Landing was established in the spring of 2023. The vision was to take this already beautiful space and revive it into something that adds to your summer experience in Bemus Point.

YES! Each membership allows you to bring a specific number of guests. (Please refer to membership informational about guest counts.) f your guest count exceeds the number of alloted guests, you have the added option of purchasing a daily pass for your guests.

The Landing Marine Membership allows our members to dock their boat in the heart of Bemus Point during the daytime to conveniently enjoy all of the things bemus has to offer.
We currently do not allow docking overnight.

While we do not offer any food or drink services, we highly recommend you take advantage of all that Bemus Point has to offer. You can order food and drinks from several restaurants that are a walking distance away.
You are also welcome to bring a packed picnic along with your favorite beverages from home!

Absolutely! Your well-behaved furry friends will quickly become our friends as well. We do ask you to be respectful of our grounds and clean up after your pet.
