You can bring up to four additional guests with you each time you come.

You can travel to The Landing by boat and have a club reserved slip for docking while getting all the perks of the grounds membership.
In addition, you can bring four additional guests.
Docks handle boats up to 27 feet. We have 7 docks available on a first come, first serve basis.

VRBO, Airbnb, private rentals and motel owners will own up to eight passes for The Landing to offer to their guests to use during their stay. You will be able to link your own rental site to our website increasing your property amenities.

Notice of all special events will be posted on our website and social media. Concerts, lectures, shows, fishing charters, happy hour cruises, exercise classes and other events may be open to the public and subject to an admission fee.

Make your event memorable by hosting a private or semi private gathering of up to 100 people.
We welcome birthday parties, anniversaries, bachelorette parties and more.
Feel free to bring your own picnic or order local from one of the local Bemus Point eateries. Bring your favorite beverages or order directly from The Fish next door and they will bring it over to you.
